Experience and method of out-of-body experience (meditation)

When I was a student, I was able to occasionally get out of body. As I lay down and meditate, I gradually became able to do it, so it is neither a dream nor a psychic phenomenon. I will introduce the practical method at that time.
As a science engineer, I don't believe in psychic phenomena or paranormal phenomena at all. It's about my own experience.

What is out-of-body experience?

It's a sensation of consciousness rising from your body when you're lying down. You can actually feel it, not a paranormal phenomenon.

What I did

It's meditation. Sometimes I sit down or lie down with my face up. Out of body is the latter.

Focus your consciousness on one point around the middle of your forehead. This is the part called the chakra or the third eye. Eventually, you will be able to feel "there" and you will feel itchy.
Also, although my eyes are closed, I can see something bright around my forehead.
As you get used to it, you will be able to do it even when you are closing your eyes on the train.

This is the only basic. You should practice every day.

What I experienced

As I continued to meditate, I felt as if electricity had run through the frontal lobe. It feels like you are awake. At that time, I was looking forward to this situation.

After that, I became an out-of-body experience.
Since my eyes are closed, I can't actually see the scenery, but it floats slowly. Gradually it became possible to float higher, and finally it emerged near the ceiling. I wanted to go out at that time, but I couldn't do that.
Also, the floating time was not so long, and it soon fell into my body.

Also, I had the feeling that something was hitting my head. It feels like something spiritual has attacked. It feels like the above-mentioned chattering feeling increases.

Finally

I did it my own way, so I don't know if this is dangerous, but I didn't have any problems at that time, and I was very smart.

Recently, I learned the word "Makyo". That's exactly what I was doing.
I think that everything can be done by cells in the brain, but meditation is good for relaxing the mind, so I am careful not to enter the makyo now.
